FINOS LLC is proud to introduce a new class of
specialty effect materials for plastics. MegaMica is a unique, inherently
colored mica. MegaMica is the only known inherently black biotite
mica.
MegaMica are thermally stable to over 700 F (370
C) and are available in black and gold. This product has good shear
stability and is not hard on processing equipment. Its Mohs hardness
is 2.5
MegaMica is FDA for food contact applications.
